Kabo Leshoai: Ceo & Founder

Kabo is the Founder of Dingwedi Renewable Energy, a strategically placed energy solutions company trading as DSolar (Pty) Ltd in 2015. Kabo has played an influential role in the industry, which includes serving as an Executive Director on the Canyon Springs Investments 176 (PTY) LTD board from 2012 – 2015. She has also filled successful shareholding roles in numerous solar power projects – two of which were successfully connected to the grid in 2014 – and still operational to this day.

Dr Tamuka Kaseke: Consultant To Dsolar

Dr Tamuka is the CEO of REESCO, a renewable energy plant management company. He is also co-founder of Alte Technologies and a Director of AE AMD Renewable Energy. Tamuka has held many senior positions in the financial services sector, especially in the financial derivatives area. Tamuka holds a PhD in Statistics and MMath in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Canada, an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Queens University in Canada, and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of the West Indies. He has also completed an MDP at the UCT Graduate School of Business.

Victor Motaung: ICT Consultant

Victor Motaung is an experienced ICT professional with 18 years’ experience in the industry, having worked for leading companies like Standard Bank, MWEB Business, UCS Solutions and Altech Card Solutions in various roles specifically in the e-Commerce, Internet Banking and Transaction Switching space. He holds a number of certificates from S1, world leaders in the electronic funds transfer and transaction processing. He is a pioneer in the field and is one of the founding employees of BlueBean.com, largely credited as one of South Africa’s first online/e- commerce banking platforms. Victor holds an IT Diploma from University of Johannesburg, a string of certificates in database administration, transaction switching and has recently completed a Certificate in Cyber Security with the University of Johannesburg. A natural leader, Victor is a member of the MWEB Business BBBEE Committee, Provincial Treasurer of the Progressive Business in ICT (PBICT) and was recently appointed to head the ICT Sub- Committee of the Northern Cape Progressive Business Forum (NCPBF).
