Kabo is a founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DiNgwedi Renewable Energy, a strategically placed energy solutions company trading as DSolar, an entity in the  renewable energy space which she established in 2015, which has always had its sights on providing efficient energy solution in South Africa and the continent at large.

Kabo has an incredible passion for her country and the African continent and is committed to achieving meaningful role and impact in the broader green energy industry through DiNgwedi Energy, an entity aimed at developing and managing more renewable energy projects in South Africa and on the African continent.

Amongst a few influential roles she’s played in the industry, she sat on Canyon Springs Investments 176 (PTY) LTD board from 2012 – 2015 as an Executive Director, a renewable energy group that is part of the 1st round of The Department of Energy’s IPP (Independent Power Producer) program. She has had successful shareholding roles in solar power projects – two of which were successfully connected to the grid in 2014




Dineo Mondlane is the Co-founder and Executive Director of DiNgwedi Renewable Energy, trading as DSolar, a 100% black female owned energy business aimed at making strides in the power industry. Through her role in BLAQUE PARTNERS, a player in the Enterprise

and Supplier Development space, she was drawn to the energy sector due to its ability to catalyse economic development in the country, create new industries and more jobs.

She is an individual with strong and proven leadership qualities and a successful 20 year marketing track record and experience that spans across a number of industries including FMCG, Media and Advertising, Lottery, Financial Services and the petroleum industry.

Dineo is a multi-award winning MBA graduate from the Gordon Institute of Science (GIBS). She boasts two Awards conferred by GIBS in 2016 as Best MBA Student in Strategy and General Management as well as Women in Leadership.

Dineo Mondlane is passionate about entrepreneurship and sits on a few boards aimed at advancing the course of SME’s in South Africa.




Tamuka holds a PhD in Statistics and MMath in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Canada, an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Queens University in Canada, and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of the West Indies. He has also completed a MDP at the UCT Graduate School of Business.
He is currently the CEO of REESCO, a renewable energy plant management company. He is a co-founder of Alte Technologies and a Director of AE AMD Renewable Energy. AE AMD is an equity participant and developer of renewable energy projects in South Africa and beyond. Until recently, Tamuka was also a Principal at Senatla Capital. Prior to this, Tamuka was an executive at Sanlam Employee Benefits in charge of R&D and Strategic Ventures. Tamuka has held many senior positions in the financial services sector, especially in the financial derivatives area.
